Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

Buyer: The natural or legal person who provides their name, surname, email address, and billing information during the ordering process.

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product ordered by the buyer electronically through leanfulness.co, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Article 3 – Product, Price and Payment

The product name, essential characteristics, quantity, and sales price including VAT are included in the order summary and invoice. Payment is made via credit or debit card through iyzico at the time of ordering. There is no shipping fee.

Article 4 – Delivery

The product is delivered digitally: the download link is sent to the buyer's email address after payment confirmation. For licensed products, the activation code is sent by email within 24 hours at the latest. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by providing an incorrect email address; in this case, the buyer can request a resend by writing to the seller.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The buyer explicitly confirms that delivery of the digital content will begin immediately before completing the order, and therefore they will lose their right of withdrawal.

Article 6 – License and Use

The purchased license grants the right to use the software; ownership of the software remains with the seller. A Single User License is for use by one person only. Reproducing, sharing, or reselling the software and activation code is prohibited.

Article 7 – Defective Product

If the software does not work as described, the buyer should write to selam@leanfulness.co. The seller will try to resolve the issue; if it cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves their rights under Law No. 6502.

Article 8 – Disputes

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 9 – Entry into force

The buyer electronically confirms that they have read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and this agreement before confirming the order. The agreement enters into force upon this confirmation.
